About Me
Hi, my name is Cole — I’m a certified personal trainer and lifelong athlete dedicated to helping others unlock their full physical potential. I graduated summa cum laude from Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Economics, finishing a year early before starting my career on Wall Street. I quickly realized that the corporate life wasn’t where my passion laid.
From a young age, I’ve been immersed in athletics, playing nearly every sport imaginable before becoming a multi-sport varsity athlete in football, hockey, and lacrosse throughout high school. Competing at that level instilled in me a deep respect for the grind — the discipline, consistency, and mental toughness needed to perform at your best. That same fire carried into college, where I continued with club lacrosse and earned my Certified Personal Trainer credential through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
For the past three years, I’ve worked at Xcel Athletic Lifestyle, helping clients while building lifelong connections within the fitness community. Today, fitness is more than training for me, it’s a lifestyle that fuels everything I do. Whether it’s surfing, snowboarding, skiing, or chasing the next endurance challenge like marathons or triathlons, I’m constantly testing my limits. I’ve recently pushed myself through a U.S. Military special operations training event, achieving competitive-level performance standards.
I believe life is too short not to discover what your body and more importantly, your mind is capable of. My goal as a trainer is to help you find that same strength within yourself, build unstoppable confidence, and unlock the best version of you.
