How do I know which program is right for me?

- If you’re local and prefer hands-on guidance, 1-on-1 training is best.

- If you’re self-motivated or have a busy schedule, online coaching gives you structure and accountability from anywhere.

- If you already train but need to dial in your diet, the nutrition add-on can be a great option.

I’m a beginner. Will the workouts be too hard?

Not at all. Every program starts with a fitness assessment and is tailored to your ability level. The goal is steady, safe progress — not burnout. Whether you’re brand new or have years of experience, your plan will evolve as you do.

What if I have an old injury or limitation?

No problem. We’ll discuss any injuries or restrictions during your consultation. Your plan will include movement modifications and proper mobility work to strengthen weak areas and avoid aggravating past injuries.

How does online training work?

You’ll receive a login to the ABC Trainerize platform where you can view your workouts, track progress, and communicate directly with your coach. Most clients check in weekly via video or text to update goals, review form, and adjust training intensity.

Do you offer meal plans?

Not exactly. Instead of restrictive meal plans, Forge Fitness focuses on education and flexibility — teaching you how to fuel your body properly for your specific goals. You’ll learn about macros, portioning, and how to enjoy food while still seeing results.
